So I decide to take my aunt to get something to eat. I decided I would take her to Frank Skis. I had been there a few times and it was great it had been a while since I was there last and I have heard whisperings about the service becoming bad but I thought it would be okay.  So wanting to surprise her with where we are going.  We pull up to Frank Ski's and she is excited. So we walk in and are immediately seated in a booth on the wall. I see a few people at a table in front of us watching the game. As we are talking and getting settled one of the ladies who were watching the game comes over and begins rambling about the happenings of the game (I don't watch football so I have no idea what she is referring to). After her rant and announcing that she is ready to go home she tells us that she is our waitress. We order drinks and water. The drinks come shortly but no water.      Arden's Closet Sip and Swap just held their 3rd event this past Sunday. It was my second time attending as a participant and my first time as a business owner. Live Lavish Access donated Naya as a door prize to go along with the other donations from other businesses.... The idea of the event is to give women who are curvy and full figured a new way to value there old clothes. Everyone brings gently used clothing, shoes, and jewelry to put into the "closet." Once the "closet" is filled the women go in groups to the closet to pick out clothing. Then we all show what goodies we have claimed. Along side these wonderful treasures there are tasty treats, deserts, and drinks...      This time I actually won one of the gifts, a make up session from the amazingly talented Patrice Story . It is so crazy because I have been admiring her work since FFFWEEK and I have been wanting to have a session with her so the fact that I won one is absolutely WONDERFUL. :)So yea

     It has never been easy for me to find work clothes which is why I have had the same pair of work pants for about 3 years. Im 6'1 and I could be wearing a size 20 -24 depending on how the wind blows... so to find pants long enough and wide enough is a serious challenge. Most work wear for plus sized women is BOXY and ill fitted. We really have to MAKE IT WORK when it comes to work wear.      One of my favorite desingers to ever do it, Monif C, has finally come out with there very own WEAR TO WORK line!! YAAAAAYYY, now they don't have any pants yet but the dresses they have come out with are colorful and professional. The fit of Monif C clothing has always been perfectly taylored.
