So you've been planning all year for this event and now it's crunch time. Are you still trying to lose that last ten pounds? Or maybe you bought tickets to the Eric Roberson concert, but you don't know the words to all his songs (nobody wants to be the only one NOT signing along)? What ever your crunch time dilemma is Lavish Access is going to get you through!!
10. Ten pounds in ten days.
Don't fret ladies you can still do! It's going to take some focus but it is still possible to get rid of that last ten pounds you've been talking about for the past three months. LOL I'm right along with you so I know the struggle is real. The tips below may not get you down the entire ten pounds by FFFWEEK, but they will give you a great start to getting rid of those last ten.
Here's the plan:
Water is going to help your body prepare to drop some pounds. The rule of thumb for water is 8, 8oz glasses per day. It sounds like alot but you do one when you wake up, one before each meal, one before bed, and the rest throughout the day. Oh, and of course you only drink water with your meals as well.
b. Hide the cookies hide the biscuits!!!
NO CARBS! No bread, PERIOD. Cutting bread from your diet automatically cuts calories from your diet. Too much of anything can make you gain weight or interfere with your weight loss, so take control. Remember this is initially for ten days only.
You must give your body the nutrients it needs. Fruits and veggies are going to do that. Avacado, grapefruit, kale, spinach, broccoli, lemon and apples are a few of the fruits and vegetables you should indulge in during the next ten days. Plus they give you energy and they are full of nutrients. Add these to your diet everyday and with every meal.
Or some form of cardio activity. You want to do 30-60 minutes of cardio everyday. Also throw in some weight training. You should alternate between legs and arms and rest every third day. This coupled with the new eating habits will help shed those last ten pounds.
These tips will definitely help you drop those last few pounds and give you more energy. Stay positive through the process and you will see some results.
